Return & Refund Policy — Vagrant IV

Thank you for shopping with Vagrant IV.
We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

The item has all original tags and packaging

You received the wrong item, size, or a damaged product

Items that cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized prints

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery

Final sale or clearance items


2. How to Request a Return

Email us:

Your order number

Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Different size

Different color

Replacement of a damaged item

Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase.
After production or shipping begins, cancellations may not be possible.
